Do you ship to my country?
I ship to Germany with Deutsche Post and internationally with DHL. They ship to most countries. As of 2023-03-28, countries / regions I cannot ship to are: Dominica, Nicaragua, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Fiji, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuata and Libya.
DHL provide current information on possible restrictions and difficulties regarding delivery to your country. In particular you may want to check “Are there any restrictions to international mail and parcel services?”, as well as your continent / region, where the status of each country is detailed.
⚠️ Additional costs and delays for shipments outside the European Union
Please note that depending on your country and order amount, customs fees or/and VAT may apply. These will be collected by your country when your parcel reaches customs, i.e. they are not included in the item price or shipping costs. You will need to pay theses fees to your country to claim your parcel.
This is due to international regulations that we (as shop owner and customer) unfortunately have to comply with.
Because of customs processing you may also experience additional delays, which could be as long as 2 weeks.
When will you ship my order?
Please allow 5 business days for me to process your order. You will be informed by email when your order has been shipped.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once I have shipped your order, the time it will take to arrive is in the hands of the postal / shipping services. Typical delivery times should be:
Germany: 1-7 days
Europe: 3 days-5 weeks
Worldwide: 2-12 weeks
My order has shipped x weeks ago and has not arrived yet
If the parcel cannot be delivered for any reason, it should come back to me. At that point I will contact you to agree on how to proceed.
If you selected tracked shipping I will do what I can to help tracking down your parcel by enquiring at Deutsche Post or DHL, and you should do the same on your end. Hopefully they will come up with the parcel, but unfortunately there is no guarantee.
I am very sorry but I cannot afford to offer refunds on orders lost by the postal / shipping services. If possible I will file a complaint with the shipping services, and forward to you any refund / compensation they would provide.
Why is shipping / tracking expensive?
There is no such thing as free shipping… Whenever a business is offering free shipping, it means that the fees are included in the product’s price. This is probably unfair in some way as the shipping fees will differ, possibly widely, depending on the customer’s location. A large company may be able to get around that, e.g. by shipping from different locations, but for a small business that is not possible.
Also I feel that making shipping fees invisible comforts us into thinking that shipping, transporting and delivering packages is worthless. It’s not. It’s an important service, for which a lot of people work hard, in post offices, sorting facilities, airports, trucks, storage facilities, delivery vans etc. Let’s pay for shipping and thank the people who make this amazing feat possible: that a piece of art or craft can be created on one side of the planet and transported and delivered to the other side in the best of shapes, within a relatively short time ♥

Can I return / exchange something or get a refund?
Unfortunately no, this is something I cannot afford as a one-woman business. Every sale is final. Please think carefully before placing your order ♥ If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
If a parcel is returned to me by the shipping services due to a mistake on my part, I will send it again with no additional costs to you.
If your parcel is returned to me because you entered a wrong adress or made a mistake, I will ship it again for a regular postal fee, plus any return fees that may have been charged to me. Alternatively, if you wish the order refunded, I will refund it minus the shipping fees and any return fees.
I pack your orders very carefully. However, should an item arrive in bad shape, do feel free to contact me with pictures so that we can work out a solution.
